The RumbleSeat carries a second child on a Vista. It goes on the frame alongside the toddler seat your pram came with, and it does not replace it.
It is the smaller of the two seats: the RumbleSeat takes a child to 16 kg, the Vista toddler seat to 22.7 kg.

The harness is a no rethread design, so it adjusts as a child grows without being unthreaded and put back. The canopy is water repellent and rated UPF 50+, with a vented window so you can see in without opening it. UPPAbaby is a member of the Infant & Nursery Product Alliance Australia, the industry body for nursery product safety.

Every total includes the Vista frame, at today's prices, because none of these arrangements work without one. The RumbleSeat fits a Vista frame and only a Vista frame: Cruz, Minu, Minu Duo and Ridge each carry one child and no accessory changes that.

Vista frames from 2015 onward, attaching straight to the front of the frame with no adapters. It does not fit the Cruz, Minu, Minu Duo or Ridge.
Both. It reverses, and it reclines through several positions with one hand, so you can have a sleeping child facing you and a talking one facing out.
Up to 16 kilograms. It is a toddler seat rather than a newborn one, so for a second baby from birth you want a bassinet or the Mesa capsule in the other position.
Not for the RumbleSeat itself. You need the Vista upper adapter only if you are also putting a Mesa capsule on the frame at the same time.
