Faulty Product - I need Assistance?

If you believe your UPPAbaby product is faulty, please contact our Customer Care team with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue. Photos or videos will help us assess quickly. You will need to do this through our Warranty Ticketing System CLICK HERE

How long will it take to get my order?

All in stock orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days. We deliver via StarTrack Express Shipping.

How can I cancel or amend my order?

We process orders quickly, so cancellations or changes aren’t always possible once your order has been confirmed. Please reach out to Customer Care as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist.

I purchased my pram at a Baby Expo – When will I receive my order?

Baby Expo orders are delivered according to the timing advised at purchase, you would have received a piece of paper at the time of ordering with this information.

I’m looking to purchase a “Damaged Box” Pram – Does this include Warranty?

Yes. All “damaged box” products arebrand new with full manufacturer’s warranty. The box may have cosmetic damage, but the product itself is unaffected.

I am looking for Spare Parts – Where do I get these?

Spare parts are available via ourCustomer Care team. Please provide your pram model and year of manufacture so we can confirm compatibility. You will need to do this through our Spare Part Ticketing System CLICK HERE

Why is the Jake Vista and Cruz not available to purchase on your Website?

The Jake Fashion in Vista and Cruz are exclusive to Baby Bunting, you can visit your local Baby Bunting store to purchase these products.

Do you price match?

We do not offer price matching. However, we work closely with our authorised retailers to ensure competitive pricing and seasonal promotions. We recommend checking with your preferred stockist.

Where can I find an Authorised Retailer?

You can use our Store Locator on uppababy.com.au to find authorised retailers across Australia. Purchasing from authorised partners ensures your product is genuine and covered by warranty.

What Warranty do UPPAbaby products come with?

All UPPAbaby prams and strollers sold in Australia come with a 3-year warranty. Warranty covers manufacturing faults but not wear and tear or misuse.

Compatibility FAQs

Will a VISTA V3 RumbleSeat fit my V2 VISTA?

Yes - the Vista V3 RumbleSeat will attach to the frame of the earlier Vista prams.

Can I put two Toddler Seats on my Vista pram?

No — the VISTA frame is designed to take one Toddler Seat plus one RumbleSeat (or bassinet/infant capsule in combination). The second-position adapters are made specifically for the RumbleSeat, which is slightly smaller and shaped differently to fit in the lower position.

What is the difference between the Toddler Seat and the RumbleSeat?

Toddler Seat: The main, full-size seat included with your VISTA. It’s larger, has higher weight and height limits, and always sits in the top position on the frame.

RumbleSeat: An additional seat designed to fit onto the lower position of the VISTA. It’s a bit smaller and has lower weight/height limits than the Toddler Seat. The RumbleSeat allows your pram to convert into a double when your family grows.

Where can I find my pram Serial Number?

You can find the version by checking the year of manufacture and serial number on the pram frame. The location of this label varies slightly between models, but it’s usually on the lower frame. If you’re unsure, get in touch with our team and we’ll help confirm which version you own.

What car capsules are compatible with my UPPAbaby Pram?

Our UPPAbaby car seat capsule adapters have been extensively tested and are confirmed to be compatible with the following capsules:

Maxi-Cosi® Mico AP/Mico Plus, Mico 6, Mico 12, Mico 12 Pro

Maxi-Cosi® Mico 12 LX (Manufacturing dates starting from April 20, 2022)

Nuna® PIPA™, KLIK™ Plus

Joie™ i-Gemm™

Is the UPPAbaby Bassinet Compatible with all prams?

No. The UPPAbaby Bassinet is not compatible with the MINU or MINU V2.
It is, however, compatible with the VISTA, CRUZ and RIDGE models (for bassinets manufactured from 2015 onwards).

My accessory says it’s compatible with the V2. Does this also include the V3?

Yes — all UPPAbaby accessories that were compatible with V2 models are also compatible with V3 models.


The only exceptionis the UPPAbaby CRUZ Upper Adapters, which are not compatible with the V3.
