Lay-By Terms & Conditions
- Lay-by is available for a maximum of 4 months (16 weeks) from the date of purchase.
- The lay-by must be paid in full, and the goods collected, within this period.
Deposit & Payments
- A minimum 20% deposit is required to start a lay-by.
- Regular payments are encouraged, but you’re free to pay in instalments that suit you, provided the balance is cleared within 4 months.
- Payments can be made online or by contacting our customer service team on 1300 722 302.
Cancellations & Refunds
- If you cancel your lay-by, or fail to finalise it within 4 months, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to the order..
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
Changes & Flexibility
- You can increase your payments, pay in full earlier, or swap to a higher-value item if stock is available.
- Price changes (sales or increases) after the lay-by start date will not apply to your order.
Collection & Delivery
- Goods will only be dispatched or collected once the lay-by has been paid in full.
- Delivery fees (if applicable) are not included in the lay-by and must be paid separately when arranging shipment.
Exclusions
- Lay-by is not available on clearance items, damaged box sales, special orders, or gift cards.
- Some limited or seasonal stock may not be eligible—this will be clearly marked on the product page.
Consumer Rights
- These terms do not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
- If your product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to the same remedies as any other purchase.
