How it works
Four steps, one deadline.

Add the pram and anything else to your bag. On the payment step pick Lay-by instead of a card. Nothing is charged, and we email the deposit invoice the same business day.
- Pay at least 20% within 24 hours
The deposit has to land within 24 hours of the invoice or the order is cancelled. This is the one deadline that matters.
- Pay the balance however suits, within four months
Regular payments are encouraged, not required. There is no fixed schedule; the balance just has to clear within sixteen weeks.
- We dispatch the day it is paid off
Goods leave the warehouse, or are ready to collect, once the lay-by is complete.

If you cancel, or run past four months, a 20% cancellation fee applies to the order. On a $1,799 Vista that is $359.80. We would rather you knew now than at month five: if four months looks tight, it is worth waiting until it is not.
Your rights
Lay-by agreements are covered by Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a written copy of the terms, and they cannot change after you start without your agreement. If we cancel because we can no longer supply the goods, everything you have paid is refunded in full, deposit included, with no fee.
