If your product has been shipped from our warehouse
- Please notify our Customer Service team by creating a support ticket.
- Our Customer Service team will respond within 2 business days regarding your refund request confirmation.
- Once item(s) has been received by our Customer Service Team, we will assesses its status and provide a refund quote. Please note, it is customer's responsibility to return the item at your own cost.
