Outlet stock is a one-off: a carton damaged in transit, or a pram that spent a season on a showroom floor. The pram is the pram. What is different is said plainly below, before the price rather than after it.

Damaged box

The carton was damaged in transit, so it cannot be sold through a retailer. The pram inside is new, unused and complete, with everything the boxed version comes with and the same three year warranty.

Delivered like any other order. The box it arrives in is the damaged one, which is the entire difference.

Ex display

A showroom model, regularly inspected and in good working order. It may carry minor cosmetic marks or scratches, and it comes unboxed. The three year warranty applies as normal.

Ex display stock is collection only, from Braeside in Victoria. Because the marks are disclosed before you buy, they are not treated as a fault later. Anything else is.

A lower price, not a lesser pram.

  • The full three year warranty Outlet stock carries exactly the warranty the boxed product carries. A discount does not shorten it.
  • Ten years of servicing Spare parts and servicing run for ten years from the model's release, whichever price you paid for the pram.
  • Your consumer guarantees A fault is still a fault. The only thing a disclosed cosmetic mark changes is that the mark itself is not a fault, because you were told about it before you bought.

Outlet stock is one-off and not restocked. When a colourway sells out here it is gone, and the boxed version is in the main range.
