How does the TravelSafe Program Work?
Our TravelSafe Program guarantees your UPPAbaby gear during air travel! Wherever your travels may take you and your family, UPPAbaby has you covered. With our TravelSafe Program, you can gate check your gear without worry.
Simply register both your gear and your Travel Bag before your departure, and any damage incurred during air travel is fully covered by UPPAbaby, under the terms of your original warranty.
Prior to your departure, register both your gear and Travel Bag online. Your Travel Bag Serial Number is located on a TravelSafe label inside the bag. Once this is complete, your gear is enrolled in our TravelSafe Program during the life of your original warranty.
What happens if my gear is damaged during air travel?
Make a claim by contacting our support desk within 14 days of your return and provide all of the following:
1. Name, Address & Pictures of the Serial Numbers of both gear and Travel Bag
2. Pictures of damage to gear
3. Proof of travel with departure and return dates. Accepted documents include a boarding pass, baggage ticket, or flight confirmation.
4. Original proof of purchase for both Pram & Travel Bag in your name
Regulations
For Strollers, Playard, RumbleSeat or Bassinet accessories, the TravelSafe Program covers you within 4 years of your gear purchase (3 years under the original product warranty + an additional 1 year). The additional year is only valid for damage caused to your gear in the Travel Bag during air travel.
