Which UPPAbaby pram can I use from birth?
Vista V3, Cruz V3, Kona, Minu V3 and Minu Duo are all from birth as sold. Vista includes the bassinet, Cruz and Minu include an infant insert, Kona's seat lies flat. Ridge needs a bassinet or a Mesa capsule.
Is buying direct cheaper than a retailer?
No, and deliberately so. Our prices match authorised retailers, because undercutting the shops that let you try a pram in person would be a poor way to treat them. Buying direct gets you genuine Australian stock, the Australian warranty, four month lay-by and UPPside Rewards points.
Can I get it serviced, and buy spare parts?
Yes. Every pram carries three years against manufacturing defects, plus complimentary maintenance checks for up to ten years under Lifetime Service Support. Brakes, wheels, harness, fold and canopy, checked and adjusted. Spare parts including wheels, canopies, harnesses and fabrics are sold individually, so a worn part never means a new pram. Register your pram to activate the cover.
How long is the warranty in Australia?
Three years from purchase on every pram, then free inspection and tune-ups for ten years. Registering takes two minutes and makes a claim or a recall notice quicker.
Will it fit in my boot?
Folded with the seat on, Minu is 31.7 x 52.1 x 58.4 cm, Cruz is 30.5 x 57.8 x 76.2 cm and Vista is 33 x 65.3 x 81.3 cm. Measure the shortest side of your boot opening.
What is the difference between the Vista V3 and the Cruz V3?
The Vista takes a second and a third child. The Cruz carries one, and no accessory changes that. The Vista also includes the bassinet, so it is usable from birth as sold, where the Cruz needs a bassinet bought separately or uses its included infant insert. The Cruz is narrower, lighter and less expensive. If you are confident about one child, buy the Cruz. If there is any chance of two, buy the Vista.
Does the Mesa capsule fit, and do I need adapters?
On the Vista V3 and Cruz V3 the Mesa clicks straight onto the frame with no adapters, so a sleeping baby goes from the car to the pram without being unbuckled. The Minu V3 needs the Minu V3 capsule adapter, and the Ridge V2 needs the Ridge Mesa adapters, both sold separately. Maxi-Cosi, Nuna, Joie and BeSafe capsules fit a Vista or Cruz using the upper car seat adapter.
Where can I see an UPPAbaby pram in person in Australia?
Authorised retailers around the country stock the range. The store locator will find the closest one. We also run Meet the Experts days, where our team is on the shop floor with every model set up, so you can fold one, lift it, and put it in your own boot before deciding.
Which UPPAbaby pram is best for two under two?
The Vista V3. The newborn lies flat in the bassinet on the lower position and the toddler sits above in the toddler seat, so both children are properly supported without buying a second pram. It converts back to a single when the older child walks. Adding a RumbleSeat later carries two seated children, and a PiggyBack board takes a third standing.
