Coolkidz Australia is the exclusive Australian distributor for the brands below. In practice that means the warranty on your pram is honoured by a company in Melbourne rather than an inbox overseas, the spare parts are held here, and the person who answers a service question has the product in front of them.
It also means one account across twelve brands. The same team that replaces a wheel on a Vista sells the monitor in the nursery and the teether in the nappy bag.
