Safety
GREENGUARD Gold certified, which tests the finished chair for chemical emissions rather than testing one material on its own. The footrest sets in two positions so a child eats with their knees and hips near ninety degrees, the seat is seam free so food has nowhere to sit, and the harness lifts out completely for cleaning. UPPAbaby is a member of the Infant & Nursery Product Alliance Australia, the industry body for nursery product safety.

Cleaning

The seat is moulded seam free, so there is no piping for food to work into. The harness lifts out completely for a proper wash, and the bucket wipes down.

A child who can brace their feet sits steadier and eats better. The footrest rotates between two heights to keep knees and hips near ninety degrees as they grow.

Cleaning it
The bucket wipes clean, the harness lifts out completely for a deep clean, and the tray is dishwasher safe. The cushion, if you add one, is machine washable.
