Promotional and Discount Codes
Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted. Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website. Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $200, only then does it qualify for free shipping. Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated. “Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code. We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid. If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. UPPAbaby Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.

Tune Up events are on sale 30 days before the Tune Up Day and close 7 days prior to event. The $20 booking fee will be refunded upon request if cancellation is made prior to 7 days of event. Attendees who check in at the Tune-Up Gear-Up event will be refunded within approximately 2 to 5 days post event. Please note the booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows.
The promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of 18, and by doing so agreeing to sign up to receive marketing messages and SMS from UPPAbaby, Coolkidz Australia and its subsidiary brands. The competition closes Tuesday 31 December 2024 11:59PM AEST. Entrants are invited to complete a post-event survey after attending an UPPAbaby Tune Up Day, which they then go into the draw to win UPPAbaby Mystery Accessories valued up to $250 AUD. Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted by the Promoter and will be deemed to be invalid. This is a game chance. The winner will be notified via email. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or coupon code. Coolkidz Australia reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice.
This prize includes our UPPAbaby Minu Duo in Jake, valued over $1,499 RRP. To enter, like the giveaway post, comment your favourite "Duo" and follow @uppababy_australia. Additional 5 entries will be given to customers who sign up to our newsletter or are already newsletter subscribers. This giveaway is open to Australian residents over the age of 18 and ends on Thursday 6 February 2025 at 11:59 PM AEDT. The winner will be notified by UPPAbaby Australia on Friday 7 November. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram.
To enter the Competition, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period. Entrants may enter the Competition multiple times during the Promotion Period. Each entry must be a unique Rating/Review about a product currently sold by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and proof of purchase), and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process. Manifest errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's absolute discretion. If there is a dispute as to the identity or details of any entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the identity or details of that entrant. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to such decision or associated process. There will be 1 winner of the prize. This Competition is a game of skill and entrants are required to demonstrate skill, talent, creativity and/or imagination in their answer in order to compete. The winner will be determined by a judging panel at the offices of the Promoter, located at 237 Frankston - Dandenong Road, Dandenong South VIC 3175, on the 3rd day of the month or which ever falls on the next business day. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to draw additional valid reserve entries and record them in order in the case of an invalid entry or where an ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email. The winner’s name and the winning entry may be published on the Promoter’s Instagram, and Facebook platforms, and in any other Promotional Material the Promoter deems relevant.

Campaign Overview
As part of the UPPAbaby Golden Ticket Campaign, we have randomly placed 5 Golden Tickets in select UPPAbaby Vista V3 pram boxes. If you are one of the lucky customers to find a Golden Ticket, you will win an UPPAbaby Minu stroller in the colour of your choice (subject to availability).
How to Claim Your Prize
If you discover a Golden Ticket, follow these steps to claim your UPPAbaby Minu:
Take a clear photo of your Golden Ticket. Send an email to support@uppababy.com.au with the following details: A copy of your Golden Ticket, Your full name, Your delivery address, Your phone number, Your preferred UPPAbaby Minu colour (subject to availability). Once your email is received and verified, we will process your prize and arrange delivery.
Prize Details
The prize is one UPPAbaby Minu stroller in the colour of your choice, subject to stock availability at the time of claiming. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other products.
Eligibility
This promotion is only valid for customers who have purchased a UPPAbaby Vista V3 from an authorised Australian retailers. You must be a resident of Australia to claim the prize. Prizes must be claimed by the original purchaser of the UPPAbaby Vista V3 box containing the Golden Ticket.
Claim Deadline
All Golden Ticket prizes must be claimed no later than 30th December 2024. Claims received after this date will not be accepted, and the prize will be forfeited.
Shipping and Delivery
Once your claim has been verified, we will ship your UPPAbaby Minu stroller to the address provided in your email. Please allow up to 14 business days for processing and delivery of your prize. Shipping is limited to addresses within Australia.
General Conditions
UPPAbaby reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the Golden Ticket and to reject any claims that do not meet these terms and conditions. UPPAbaby is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected email submissions or shipping delays outside of our control. UPPAbaby reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice.
