Is the Mesa certified for the Australian Market?
Yes, the Mesa® sold in Australia is UPPAbaby’s first infant car seat designed, tested, and certified to meet Australian safety standards (AS/NZS 1754).
What age or weight range does the Mesa® suit?
It’s suitable from birth up to 15 kg (around 12 months, depending on your child’s size). It includes a custom-fit insert for preemies and low-birthweight babies (from 1.8 kg).
Can I install the Mesa® using ISOFIX or a seatbelt?
Yes. You can install the base using ISOFIX connectors or your vehicle’s seatbelt. The built-in lock-off ensures a tight, secure fit either way.
Does the Mesa® connect to UPPAbaby prams?
Absolutely. The Mesa® clicks directly onto the Vista® and Cruz® strollers with no adapters needed. Adapters are available for the Minu® travel pram and Ridge® jogging stroller.
Are the fabrics safe and easy to clean?
Yes. All fabrics are DualTech™ and completely fire-retardant-free, soft, and breathable. The seat covers are removable and machine-washable.
