Cancellation policy
Standard Orders
Orders for in-stock items may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch. Once dispatched, orders are subject to our standard returns policy.
Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items are paid in full at checkout and dispatched once stock arrives.
- Pre-orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
- A cancellation fee of up to 10% may apply.
- Arrival dates are estimates only and may change due to supplier or shipping delays.
If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your shipment may be held until all items are available.
Lay-by Orders
Lay-by orders require a 20% deposit upfront, with the remaining balance payable over 4 months.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Orders are dispatched once paid in full.
- Lay-by orders cancelled before completion may incur administration fees.
- Failure to complete payments within 4 months may result in cancellation of the lay-by and forfeiture of the deposit.
Afterpay Orders
Afterpay purchases are subject to Afterpay’s terms and conditions.
- Orders may be cancelled for a full refund before dispatch.
- Refunds for approved returns will be processed via Afterpay.
- Any late fees or payment obligations are managed directly by Afterpay.
General Information
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
- Nothing in this policy excludes your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
