What happens after you place an order
Order processing
From Monday to Friday, our warehouse team in Melbourne (Braeside) picks, packs and prepares your order for dispatch.
Dispatch
Orders typically leave our facility within 1β2 business days of purchase. During busy periods (sales, promos, holidays), dispatch times might take a little longer. Weβll email you tracking info once your order is dispatched β give it up to 24 hours for the courierβs system to update.
Delivery
Once dispatched, delivery times vary depending on where you are in Australia.

Additional Details
Multiple cartons: If your order includes multiple items, they may ship in separate boxes. Each will have its own tracking link, and they may arrive on different days.
Not home: Couriers will leave a card and attempt a re-delivery.
No parcel lockers: We donβt deliver to Australia Post parcel lockers.
