Promotional and discount codes are valid on full-price merchandise only, unless otherwise specified. The discount does not apply to sale items or items which are already discounted. Promotion codes entitle you, at the time of ordering, to a saving on a new order placed via the website. Vouchers do not cover shipping fees unless order is, or is greater than $200, only then does it qualify for free shipping. Discounts codes cannot be retrospectively applied to previous orders or used in conjunction with any other promotional and discount codes, or unless otherwise stated. “Final Sale” items cannot be returned and are not eligible for refunds or exchanges as per Australian Consumer Law. In the event of part of the order being returned, the monetary value returned will be the value of the item/s at the time of the transaction, ie: with discount applied. The promotional discount will not be applied to replacement items. If the offer is still valid at the time of making a return you should place a new order using the original promotional code. We reserve the right to decline orders where, in its opinion, a promotion code is invalid. If you are experiencing difficulties with redeeming any offer online, please contact our Customer Service team prior to placing an order. UPPAbaby Australia is unable to amend any online orders once they have been submitted and will not be able to apply any discount code to any orders retrospectively.

Mum Era Mother's Day Giveaway
This giveaway is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over. To be eligible, participants must follow all participating brands, meet the daily entry requirements, and tag at least one person in the comments. Each daily giveaway runs for 24 hours, and one winner will be selected per day, per prize. There will not be a giveaway on Saturday 10 May. Winners will be contacted via direct message from @uppababy_australia at 12PM AEST, announced via a story on the UPPAbaby Instagram page and documented on this page. Bonus entries are available by signing up for the affiliate brands' newsletters (MiaMily Australia and UPPAbaby Australia). Tune-Up Gear-Up Tickets
Tune Up events are on sale 30 days before the Tune Up Day and close 7 days prior to event. The $20 booking fee will be refunded upon request if cancellation is made prior to 7 days of event. Attendees who check in at the Tune-Up Gear-Up event will be refunded within approximately 2 to 5 days post event. Please note the booking fee is non-refundable for cancellations or no-shows. 

Tune-Up Gear-Up Days Post-Event Survey
The promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of 18, and by doing so agreeing to sign up to receive marketing messages and SMS from UPPAbaby, Coolkidz Australia and its subsidiary brands. The competition closes Wednesday 31 December 2025 11:59PM AEDT. Entrants are invited to complete a post-event survey after attending an UPPAbaby Tune Up Day, which they then go into the draw to win UPPAbaby Mystery Accessories valued up to $250 AUD. Entries received outside of the Competition Period will not be accepted by the Promoter and will be deemed to be invalid. This is a game chance. The winner will be notified via email. Not valid in conjunction with any other offer, discount, or coupon code. Coolkidz Australia reserves the right to amend, modify or cancel the promotion at any time without notice. 

Win a Vista V3 Survey Competition
Go in the chance to win a Vista V3 in your chosen colour fashion valued at $2,499 RRP. To enter, customers must complete the UPPAbaby Survey and provide their contact details. The promotion is open to Australian residents over the age of 18. Competition closes, 7 December 2025 11:59pm AEDT. The winner will be selected at random and contacted directly by the UPPAbaby Australia. UPPAbaby Monthly Rate and Review Competition
To enter the Competition, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period. Entrants may enter the Competition multiple times during the Promotion Period. Each entry must be a unique Rating/Review about a product currently sold by the Promoter. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and proof of purchase), and to disqualify any entrant whose entry is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who otherwise tampers with the entry process. Manifest errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. Incomplete, indecipherable or illegible entries will be deemed invalid at the Promoter's absolute discretion. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any incorrect, incomplete, lost, late or misdirected entries. If there is a dispute as to the identity or details of any entrant, the Promoter reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, the identity or details of that entrant. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence or communication will be entered into in relation to such decision or associated process. There will be 1 winner of the prize. This Competition is a game of skill and entrants are required to demonstrate skill, talent, creativity and/or imagination in their answer in order to compete. The Promoter reserves the right, at its discretion, to draw additional valid reserve entries and record them in order in the case of an invalid entry or where an ineligible entrant is drawn. The winner will be notified by email.
